Agreement to terms
By accessing our site or enrolling in a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Accounts
You may create an account to manage enrollments. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for policy violations.
Enrollment and payments
- Enrollment is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change; we honor confirmed quotes.
- Refunds: full refunds up to 7 days before the start date; within 7 days, credits apply if we can fill your spot.
Studio safety and conduct
- Follow posted safety notices, especially in glaze and kiln areas.
- Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes in studio.
- Be respectful to instructors and peers; harassment is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access non-public systems, or interfere with others’ use. Content is for personal, non-commercial learning unless authorized.
Intellectual property
All content, including curriculum, text, and design elements, belongs to RadiantWood Atelier or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Use proper safety practices when working with materials and equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
