Frequently Asked Questions
If your question isn’t covered, contact us and we’ll help.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear clothes you can get dusty, closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair. We provide basic tools in studio classes. For online classes, we’ll email a simple materials list.
How do levels work: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced?
Levels reflect skill sequences. Beginners build fundamentals and basic wheel control. Intermediate courses refine consistency and introduce larger forms. Advanced tracks emphasize complex joins, controlled walls, and surface planning.
Do you fire work made outside your classes?
We prioritize firing for enrolled students. Limited community firings are available monthly; email our team for current rates and clay body requirements.
Can I make up a missed session?
Yes—subject to availability within the same term. Contact us promptly so we can place you in a comparable class slot.
Are materials included?
Studio courses include shared tools and reclaim. Clay and glaze usage are budgeted per course; additional bags are available at cost. Online classes include a materials list with affordable options.
Is the studio accessible?
Our studio has step-free entry, adjustable wheel heights, and accessible restrooms. Share your needs in advance so we can prepare your station.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer credits if your spot is filled from the waitlist.
Do you offer private lessons or team workshops?
Yes. We host focused one-on-one sessions and calm, collaborative team workshops. Share your goals via the contact form.
